This year summer is really hot in Italy. We are close to this small river where we refresh in its ice-cold water. The water comes running very slow over small stones and rocks (first sketch), it's christall clear and full of small fishes. We walk in the water until we reach this spot where the water falls down a little bit in a great pool where you can actually swim (second sketch). And then sometimes I make a little sketch like these.
Done in a sketchbook, very smooth paper, not really made for watercolor but still ok.
